Indri is made where it is named — in the village of Indri, Karnal district, in the foothills of the Himalayas near the Yamuna basin. The barley is indigenous six-row, hand-harvested by family farmers who have worked these fields for generations.

Northern heat and winter chill shape a subtropical maturation of their own: casks breathe deeper, spirit deepens faster, and every vatting carries the grain of the place it was grown.

Nothing is rushed, nothing is added — non-chill filtered, no added colour. Only time, wood and the village’s water.
